Terms of Service

||. General

  • I only accept payments via PayPal in USD. Payment will be accepted after a rough initial sketch is agreed upon. Pieces will usually be complete on a "first come, first serve" basis after payment.

  • I reserve the right to post the art and all work-in-progress shots on my social media. Should you wish to keep the commission private, please inform me beforehand.

  • All commissions are done digitally.

  • You will receive a .png or .jpg at 300/350 dpi. Please clarify if you would like to receive the file in a different format.

  • Descriptions alone are not accepted. At the very least, include a rough reference image of a similar character and/or clothes, pose.

  • Video references are not accepted. Please send an image file.

  • I can decline any proposed commission without reason if I so decide.

  • No part of the final artwork may be modified.

  • Whilst all rights to the completed piece belong to me, you are allowed to use it with credit to me however you like - so long as it isn't commercially.

  • Any intent towards commercial use for the artwork will infer and additional cost and must be stated in your initial request.

||. Process & Revisions

Once I have received enough details about your commission:

  • I will let you know if I am accepting or declining your commission offer.

  • We may further discuss minute details in your comissioned piece in the future whilst I work on a rough sketch.

  • Upon reaching an agreement on the rough sketch, I will send you an invoice to be paid upfront before you receive a slot space in the queue.

I will typically work on 1 or 2 commissions at a time depending on the complexity of the requests. Unless you set a deadline, I would ideally be able to deliver your work within 2 weeks or at most 4. More complex commissions might require longer, so I would ask you to exercise patience.Should like to set a deadline, there will be an additional "rush fee" charged. This fee is 25% of the total price, however it insures I will prioritize your work so that I meet your deadline.In the case of Revisions:

  • Free Revision will only be allowed while your commission is in its sketch phase. Additional revision after line-work has begun may result in an additional fee that will vary depending on the size of the revision to be made.

||. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds will not be issued unless I am unable to complete the artwork. In the case that this happens:

  • You are entitled to 60% partial refund if the commission is in the sketch phase, 40% partial refund if the commission is already in linework and 20% if in coloring.

||. Do's and Don'ts

I will draw:

  • Original characters

  • Fanart

  • NSFW* (depends on my preference)

I won't draw:

  • Mecha

  • Excessive Gore* (Blood is alright)

  • Offensive Material

Commission Rates

Lineart

  • Bust: $30

  • Thigh-up: $40

  • Full Body: $60

Flat Color

  • Bust: $50

  • Thigh-up: $65

  • Full Body: $80

Full Render

  • Bust: $70

  • Thigh-up: $95

  • Full Body: $125

Illustration

  • $250 as a base price. Depending complexity of the work the cost may increase!

Additions

  • Alternative Edit: +25%~50% of the initial price, depending on complexity.

  • Extra Character: +75% Initial price per character

  • Simple background: +$10

  • Complex Background: +$30~
